Here’s a good movie I just got finished with about the state of intellectual property in America. It’s pretty upsetting how far intellectual property rights have been extended. Watching Lars Ulrich from Metallica talking about his lawsuit against Napster kind of turns my stomach… “Intet andet betyder noget” was the first song I learned all the way through on the guitar. At one time, I was a big Metallica fan but i just can’t listen to those assholes anymore without feeling angry. I guess that’s got to be the same way my mom feels every time she hears a Dixie Chicks album. I got the chance to meet Sean Fanning a few years ago… he’s a bit of a poker player himself. I’d count him as one of my favorite people. Alligevel, check out the movie. It’s enlightening.
